It applies to clinic visits and online video consultations booked through the Website, WhatsApp or phone.
1. Rescheduling an appointment
If you need to change your appointment date or time, please contact us as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot — by phone (+91 88660 20505) or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to offer you the next available slot at no additional cost.
2. Cancelling an appointment
You may cancel a booked appointment by contacting our clinic team by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations made well in advance of the appointment time help us offer the slot to another patient and are appreciated.
3. Consultation fee refunds
- If a consultation fee was paid in advance and the appointment is cancelled with reasonable prior notice, the fee is eligible for a full refund or, if you prefer, can be adjusted against a future appointment.
- If the appointment is cancelled by the clinic (e.g. due to the doctor's unavailability, emergency surgery commitments, or unforeseen circumstances), the full consultation fee will be refunded or a new slot offered at your choice, at no extra cost.
- No refund is due once the consultation has taken place, as the fee covers the doctor's time and clinical assessment already provided.
- No-shows (not attending a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation) are not eligible for a refund, though we are happy to assist with rebooking.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment (or an equivalent method agreed with you) and are typically completed within 7–10 working days of approval, subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing time.
5. Surgical & procedure bookings
Fees, deposits and refund terms for planned surgeries or procedures (as distinct from a consultation) are discussed and confirmed individually with the patient and/or hospital billing team at Dwarika Hospital before the procedure is scheduled, as these depend on hospital admission, insurance and procedure-specific factors.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
