3. Appointments & consultations

• Appointments requested through the Website, WhatsApp or phone are subject to confirmation by our clinic team.
• A consultation fee (currently ₹1500, subject to change) applies for clinic or video consultations, payable as advised at the time of booking.
• Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments; late arrival may require rescheduling depending on clinic availability.
• Diagnosis, treatment recommendations and surgical planning are made solely at the treating doctor's clinical discretion, based on examination, history and investigation reports.

5. Accuracy of information
